Job Description

Title: Business Analyst (onsite)

Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)

Must-have skills:

5+ y of exp in Business Analysis

5+ y of exp with Microsoft Azure DevOps (Team Foundation Server, TFS)

5+ y of exp with Joint Application Development (JAD)


PREFERRED :

Gov exp


Location: Tallahassee, FL
Client: Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services - FDACS

Rate: $ 60-65/hr
Remote or onsite: onsite

Type: long-term contract 1 Yr.
Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same


Requirements:
• Experience in Business Analysis (5+ years);
  • Experience with Agile Software Development (5+ years);
• Experience with Requirements Gathering (5+ years);
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation
Server (TFS) (5+ years);
• Experience with conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (5+ years);
  • Experiences in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution (5+ years);
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and standard operating
  • Experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models (5+ years);

• Government experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Manually test code changes;
  • Create and validate test scripts;
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions;
  • Maintain the Client’s application;
  • Lead meetings;
  • Perform software testing.
  • Use state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies in information management and telecommunications to share data daily through a seamless interface;
