Business Analyst- Customer Experience

Description:

Business analyst- Customer experience will assist in coordination and support activities for a CX assessment project with a Transportation end-client. We are looking for someone with project coordination, market research, business analysis and communication skills who can assist in ensuring a successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Support development of prioritization/scoring rubric
• Client Facing
• Assist with coordinating workshops and meetings
• Individual with CX experience would be preferred.
• Digitalization
• Review client documentation and summarize key aspects that would be relevant to our assessment.
• Support development of interview guides and note-taking during workshops and visioning sessions.

Experience Required:

• 3 years of business client management experience
• Individual with CX/Digital project experience would be highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
• At least 2 years of Market analysis and research experience
• Strong analytical skills
• 5 years Business analysis experience
• Bachelors in Business, Technology or equivalent experience
• 5 years Project coordination experience
• Strong Technical writing skills
