Job Profile Summary
CAI is hiring! We are seeking a mid-level/junior Business Analyst. This is a 6+ month contract role – hybrid in the Miami, FL area. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and creating user stories for our client’s Call Center Systems and Chat solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in business analysis and creating user stories. This role will be part of a product team dedicated to call center systems implementing the next generation of Chatbot solutions in support settings.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for improvements to our Chat Platform
- Gather and document requirements in the form of user stories on Agent and Guest experience
- Provide support to the E-commerce team on various projects as needed - specifically Call Center and Reporting & Analytics groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood and documented.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an E-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a +
- Experience with Microsoft BI or Tableau or other similar data analytics tool
- Jira and/or Confluence experience
- Experience in the travel/hospitality industry
Physical Demands
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
