Breakfast Line Cook - The Tudor Arms Hotel - Food And Beverage

MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Breakfast Line Cook at Doubletree by Hilton, The Tudor Arms Hotel – Food and Beverage in Cleveland, Ohio!

Our Venues draw inspiration from the energetic atmosphere of the trendiest areas in Cleveland and provide a wide variety of engaging experiences.

• Handling, storing, and rotating food safely and properly
• Set up and breakdown the Hilton breakfast buffet according to Hilton standards
• Preparing food on the line to quality guidelines and standardized recipes
• Setting up cook stations and stocking them with the necessary prep supplies
• Learn preparation for all breakfast menu items in accordance with Tudor Bar and Grill quality standards
• Maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness of the line, all coolers and prep spaces
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards that comply with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations

• Experience using common kitchen equipment and comprehension of basic mathematics skills to understand recipes, measurements, requisition amounts, and portion sizes
• This is an early morning position, shifts begin at 6:00 AM
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or less, maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty, work in confined spaces for an extended time, work within extreme temperature ranges, and stand on feet 95% of scheduled shift

• Related experience in a dynamic restaurant atmosphere
• Serv-Safe and First Aid Certifications
• A High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
