Description Line Cook Pay Rate - $18.00 an hour 30-39 hours - Eligible for medical benefits, Thanksgiving Point family membership, discounts on food, retail, summer camps and classes, free or discounted tickets to Thanksgiving Point events. Responsibilities:

• Personal workspace cleanliness and organization are a must to work this position at this level
• Other duties as assigned
• Willing to continue education of food while on the job
• A willing and helpful attitude
• Assure that the quality and quality of the food is up to the set standards
• Stay busy at all times, help others and/or ask for additional tasks
• Good knife skills.

• Previous line cook experience is a plus but not a must.

• Understanding of a variety of cooking techniques such as steak temperatures and cooking times.
• Realize the whole operation when completing individual tasks
• Kitchen experience is essential.
