Brand + Creative Graphic Designer

The Brand + Creative Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in our Marketing Brand + Creative Team, leading and executing creative design efforts for our commercial furniture brands, JSI & KLEM. The Brand + Creative Team is responsible for infusing our culture and brand with consistency and impactful visual interest at every customer touchpoint, making it one of our highest organizational priorities. Our goal is to create fervent brand loyalty and provide an exceptional customer experience across all platforms, both digital and physical.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a highly creative mind, with a keen eye for visual detail, contemporary design aesthetics, and a passion for furniture, interiors, and design. As a part of this team, the Brand + Creative Graphic Designer will collaborate with copywriters, rendering, photo and video artists, production crews, and other asset creation teams to create impactful creative content for print, digital, environmental, and other unique-format graphics.
The role combines conception and execution, requiring the development of innovative and compelling creative assets to support product launches, sales initiatives, and brand campaigns targeting the dealer and A&D communities. Job Duties + Responsibilities

• Design layouts and storyboarding for print (brochures, literature, finish cards). digital (brochures, sales tools, animation, presentations, e-mktg, e-comm, social media and website content) and unique format graphics (signage, branded products for showrooms/events) tactics.
• Help lead projects from start to finish by coordinating with the Marketing team, internal departments or outside agencies, requesting necessary cross-departmental approvals and delivering final assets while working to a deadline and budget.
• Occasional travel is involved in this role, particularly in connecting to the dealer and architect/interior design communities and preparing for industry tradeshows and showroom initiatives.
• Engage in schedule milestones and independently manage projects for on-time delivery within established budget.
• Art direction for rendering and photo supervision for photography for key visual assets in lifestyle, furniture component, and white sweep formats; assist in styling of photo/video shoots.
• Concept, develop, and build a wide variety of creative assets to support creative, marketing, and brand objectives.
• Work to create photography / rendering / video design inspiration by providing aesthetic direction on product applications, space type and design, material specification and personalized styling to create compelling tools to convey the product and brand story.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design position
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, shifting focus as needed to meet business priorities
• Strong understanding of visual-verbal integration and premium design
• Bachelor’s degree in the graphic design field or equivalent
• Robust attention to detail and a relentless desire for perfection
• Relationship with design – ability to recognize design trends, critical design eye, apply design thinking into a variety of tools and resources.
