Christian Art Gifts is looking for a creative individual to help us create beautiful scripture inspired designs. These designs would be used in a variety of different product formats, marketing materials, packaging, social media and more.
This position reports to the Art Director.
Job Duties:
  • Develop and prepare design ideas for the Art Director
  • Creation of product design, ad design, package design, web banners and other designs as needed
  • Full-time, onsite in Bloomingdale, IL location
  • Maintain and archive digital files
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively interact in a team environment is important
  • Being able to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required
  • Stays current with design and product trends
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates a passion for design, creativity, attention to detail and stylistic breadth
  • Good understanding of Evangelical Christian products/content.
  • Experience in stationery and gift design is a plus
  • Basic understanding of the Bible
  • Experience in designing typography or themed fonts
  • Self-starter takes ownership of a project from concept through production-ready files
  • Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
