**Job Summary**


**JOB SUMMARY**


We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Graphic Designer to become part of our Marketing and Creative Team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and bringing to life various creative materials for both print and digital platforms. This role will involve collaborating with multiple teams within the organization. The perfect candidate for this position is a talented graphic designer who is highly organized, attentive to deadlines and details, possesses excellent project management abilities, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.


**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**


  • Generate innovative branding concepts for company initiatives, including the annual sales training meeting.
  • Conduct proofreading and review of materials.
  • Generate icons and infographics
  • Provide support for website projects by contributing content, imagery, and design.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot each project request, offering recommendations to meet all deliverables and deadlines.
  • Assist in maintaining corporate style guidelines, templates, and other corporate documents.
  • Develop interactive forms using InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
  • Continuously develop and refine the brand.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Design and create a diverse range of projects for both print and digital media, encompassing various elements such as print and web graphics like banner ads, signage, exhibit graphics, email blasts, social media posts, slide presentations, brochures, and all marketing materials. Ensure consistent branding across all design materials.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, to accurately gather project requirements, present creative concepts, and manage feedback to meet both stakeholder and brand design needs.
  • Enhance and resize photographs and images.
  • Update and manage a collection of visual assets, including stock photography, iconography, and graphic design files.

**Minimum Required Qualifications**

**Education and/or Experience**


  • Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree in Graphic Design, or other arts-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a brand or graphic designer, either within an in-house marketing team or an agency.
  • A portfolio showcasing proficiency in both print and digital design principles.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES**


  • Basic knowledge of HTML for web and digital communications.
  • Strong design sensibilities and problem-solving skills, with a comprehensive understanding of information hierarchy, color theory, typography, composition, sourcing stock photography, and other design principles to create impactful and effective designs.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
  • A positive can-do attitude that thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to create and update simple videos.


**Computer Skills**


  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, XD, After Effects, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, and Email Marketing Platforms.


**Language Skills**


  • English (reading, writing, verbal)
  • Design using Spanish or other languages a plus (create layout using provided translations)


**Excel Skills**


  • A strong ability to understand, interpret and work with spreadsheet data.

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
