Graphic Designer Jobs

Our designers are integral parts of our creative team. They’re responsible for the development and

design of digital and print in and out of home merchandising, marketing and promotional communications in support of our big brand, industry leading clients. We want someone who loves branding, typography, the use of color and can’t settle for their first idea. Someone who’s work inspires others to try harder and makes clients say, “shit man, that’s amazing show me more”.

It's crucial that our designers possess strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict

deadlines. We are first and foremost creative collaborators, but often need to work independently

and with very little oversight… Our designers are able to put their heads down and grind out some

amazing work without constant supervision. We are looking for someone who loves learning, teaching, and sharing the latest and greatest in design trends. We're looking for a design "thinker" who has a strong passion for solving both conceptual and executional problems through smart design. You will be tasked with helping come up with new design strategies/ideas and refreshing the current when needed, all while working within the brand guidelines of our clients.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

• Develop creative ideas, concepts, campaigns and insights that will drive consumers to react
• Focused on team success and collaboration
• Knowledge of the production process, including proofing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Animation/motion skills are a must-have or a must-learn
• 2 to 4 years of experience (agency or design firm preferred)
• Translate ideas across multiple channels when necessary
• A mastering of typography, color, shape and design
• Video content creation a huge plus
• Keynote is a must-have or a must-learn
• Strong influencer of the creative process
• Collaborate with creative team to build a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
• Attention to detail, attention to detail, attention to detail
• Ability to work off and connect the dots from a creative brief
• Work with account, strategy and project management to ensure a high- quality deliverable
• A portfolio of projects across print and digital – including motion graphics
• Strong conceptual abilities and ability to originate solutions on-time and on budget
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Expert use of Adobe CS (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
• QSR photography experience is a huge plus
• Design visually unique graphic solutions to communicate brand message across all platforms
• Illustration skills are a plus and highly preferred
