Position: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-Time

Barton Coe Vilamaa is an architecture and engineering firm with over 50 years in business serving clients throughout Northern Indiana.We are seeking a Graphic Designer who is a creative problem solver and who can lead the firm's digital and print marketing efforts.This position would work directly with the firm’s leadership team to identify and prioritize marketing needs as well as execute and organize marketing and graphic materials.

Qualifications

·Our ideal candidate would hold a degree graphic design, marketing, architecture, or a related field, but experience and demonstrated competency in lieu of a degree will also be considered

·Experience working in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred

·Compensation will be commensurate with experience level

Duties Include

·Website maintenance

·Social media management

·Proposal creation

·Creation of assorted marketing literature, documents, and promotional materials, including writing copy

·Monthly newsletter creation and distribution

·Management of marketing assets such as photos, videos, client references

·Creation of presentations for pursuit of new project and updating clients of ongoing projects

·Photo and layout editing

Capabilities & Skills

·Adobe Creative Suite

·WordPress

·Microsoft Suite

·Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple overlapping campaigns, and self-manage deadlines

·Initiative to identify areas of need independently and then address them with team input

·Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal history check including misdemeanors and felonies

Nice to Have’s

·Architectural photography experience

·Videography & drone videography experience

·Video editing experience

·Ability to interpret preliminary sketches for creation of presentation materials

·Use of 3D design software for conceptual planning/presentation renderings, photocompositions

·Experience with branding, building signage, and environmental graphics
