Booking Manager Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Booking Manager to join our team. As a Booking Manager, you will be responsible for securing and managing bookings for our artist. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in securing successful bookings.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Identify and target potential clients, venues, and event organizers to generate booking opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Negotiate contracts and fees for bookings, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Coordinate logistics and handle all necessary arrangements for the smooth execution of bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our talent and expand our network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Booking Manager or similar role in the entertainment industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using booking software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong network and connections within the industry, including clients, venues, and event organizers.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on booking demands.
• Passion for the arts and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry.

Payment Structure:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with payment based on a commission structure. The successful candidate will receive a competitive commission rate of 30% on all confirmed bookings.(with potential for part ownership)

ARTIST:

Our focus artist is a DJ who has performed live on ESPN during the College Football Awards 2x and College Basketball Awards once. Celebrity guest DJ for Pitbull and Paramore's cruises, as well as Adidas Boston Marathon and many other major brands/events. We're looking for local and international bookings.
