Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including daily administrative duties such as timecard administration and payroll, as required

Manage escalated customer issues and work directly with customers to bring about resolution in a timely and efficient manner

Knowledge of claims management procedures

Good working knowledge of the vocational processes as specified

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Establishes relationships with client vendor partners to ensure vendor compliance and quality.

Monitors ongoing action items logs and project plans with assigned vendor partners for continuous quality performance and outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Proven experience as a Booking Manager or similar role in the entertainment industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Identify and target potential clients, venues, and event organizers to generate booking opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders.

Ensuring our high-profile clientele receive a smooth and seam-less experience every single time.

5+ Years of success in a comparable managerial position.

Must have a sense of pride in their own work and leadership abilities

Managing and overseeing our team of reservation specialists.

Communicating effectively with our C-Suite level clientele, whether it be over the phone or through Email.

Maintaining a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

Data-driven thinker and very comfortable with modern Transportation Management System, TMS, experience is a plus.

Experience in team management, customer service, and transportation logistics.

Responsible for Wichita Falls, TX facility building security and IT hardware asset management.

Lead, manage, mentor, and led a team of Booking and Dispatch professionals.

Achieve GHC HomeSafe KPIs and SDS performance metric requirements.

5 years domestic freight experience.
