Spa Manager:
*MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH*
Professional Objective
Facilitates smooth work flow by ensuring that employees/team members have what they need to operate at peak efficiency. Troubleshoots and constantly improves systems and processes. Demonstrates and protects Spa values. Performs Spa Coordinator Tasks.

To coordinate communication and work activity within the spa and is primary agent of client satisfaction and quality management.
-Acts as a skilled and gracious host to all clients.
-Oversees all support staff and their duties.
-Oversees all employee scheduling and time-off request.
-Delegates daily tasks list to support staff.
-Schedules and confirms all appointments.
-Provides thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the spa’s services.
-Coordinates client appointment schedules to ensure to smooth and efficient workflow.
-Coordinates all inventory.
-Maintains all visual merchandising and displays.
-Checks guest in and out.
-Performs sales transactions.
-Conducts walk-in retail sales.
-Maintains beautiful physical environment in all public areas in the spa.
-Maintains polished and professional image.
-Performs daily task assigned by owner.
-Provides an inspiring example of spa citizenship, responsibility, mutual respect and resourcefulness. -Demonstrates and protects spa’s values. Identifies clients who threaten staff stability.
-Ensures that spa clients are satisfied with services and products.
-Masterfully resolves client complaints.
-Constantly builds and enhances the good will of the company.
-Facilitates and models continuous improvement. -Constantly searches for ways to improve quality of client and employee experience.
-Interfaces with spa owner to set service standards and client satisfaction.
A valid Esthetician or Cosmetologist license a + but not required.

Pay: $19 —22/hr
- Full time (40 hours)
- Must be able to work weekends.
