Behavioral Health Recruiter

We are looking for an a Behavioral Health Recruiter to join our team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs. To be successful in this role, you should have a diverse recruiting background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. Successfully source, screen interview, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates and current employees. Identify new avenues to attract talent. Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills. Accurately report and track candidate data as requested. Solid direct sourcing / cold call experience. The ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals.
