Job Description
Florida Institute of Technology is currently searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for The Scott Center for Autism Treatment. This is a full-time position.

The primary role for this position is case management for individuals with ASD and related diagnoses. Case management includes curricular and behavioral assessment and program planning for client cases, supervising direct care staff, caregiver training, and other duties associated with client oversight. This role also provides support and training to graduate and undergraduate interns and practicum students. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Communicate with parents and other professionals regarding client progress
  • Billing and Electronic Health Records (EHR) reconciliations
  • Design programming related to applied behavior analytic treatment services
  • Work across additional settings (home, schools, community) may be required for client progress
  • Supervise, train, and assist RBT’s and trainees (graduate practicum students, undergraduate interns) as assigned
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Conduct team meeting with supervisees
  • Conduct assessments for client therapeutic services
  • Directly provide treatment to clients and oversee parent training
Education/Skills required:
  • Experience with young children and children with developmental disabilities including ASD preferred
  • Successfully complete a criminal background registry check at the time of application (within 45 days of submitting application)
  • Master’s Degree
  • BCBA or eligible to sit for BCBA examination through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
