Job Description

Developmental therapies and Beyond is currently hiring! We are a center-based ABA Clinic also offering Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapies to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and developmental disabilities. We are a growing team of 4 BCBAs and BCaBAs and are looking for other professionals to join our team! At DTB you will find a cooperative and multidisciplinary team that is willing to learn and grow together!

  • Weekly meeting of the BCBA team to review case progress, troubleshoot concerns, etc.
  • Ability to work around your schedule and have flexibility that works for you.
  • Collaborative team of other BCBAs with different experience levels.
  • Center-based - one location, limited traveling.
  • Ability to collaborate with other members of our multidisciplinary team including our Occupational, Speech and Physical therapists.
  • Office space at the center just for the BCBA team.


BCBA Job Duties Include:

  • Write behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing plan updates/reports
  • Conduct parent training and workshops and monitor the consistent implementation of procedures by parents
  • Design, collect, graph, analyze and report client data
  • Conduct developmental evaluations, write evaluation reports, and create individualized treatment plans
  • Modify behavior plans and skill acquisition targets.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with families, other service providers, and the entire ABA team to ensure program consistency
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments,


Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Must be able to positively supervise behavior technicians
  • Must be able to directly implement plans of care.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills amongst therapy team, with families, school personnel, and other therapy providers
  • Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

  • Must be professional and reliable
  • Must be able to adheres to HIPAA guidelines
  • Must be current in the field of Behavior Analysis and Autism treatment
  • Must have a clear background check
  • Must be first aid / CPR certified
  • Must be able to work within a multi disciplinary team
