Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) or weekends (No day shift available)

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and aspirations
• Implement behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Document and track client progress for accurate reporting
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment for clients to thrive

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Exhibit physical strength to lift 50+ lbs
• Show genuine compassion and dedication to individuals with disabilities
• Successfully pass a Level II fingerprint background check
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in direct client care
• Be at least 21 years old
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
