Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Team PBS Emerald Coast region is looking for talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team!

What you'll do:

BCBAs will be responsible for managing their caseload and treatment teams implementing the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with clients in their home and community settings. Routine tasks include:

• Maintaining client documentation requirements set forth by the BACB and client funding sources
• Collaborating with client caregivers and conducting ongoing caregiver training to ensure generalization of all skills acquired by clients
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitoring progress through continued data analysis, and subsequent programming modification to ensure continue progress
• Providing supervision and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Student Analysts
• Following ethical guidelines set by the BACB

What we are looking for:

• Preferred 2+ year experience in field
• Must have a valid form of transportation
• Must have an active BCBA certification with the BACB

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
