The Banquet Bartender is responsible for mixing and serving beverages according to established company standards and local laws to fulfill the needs of banquet guests in a timely and polite manner. They are also accountable for liquor issued to him or her, and for receiving payment for drinks. Availability to work nights and weekends is required for this position.
