Part Time Janitor Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 to $ 17.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 01:00pm )

Under general supervision, responsible for the interior and exterior appearance of the building.

Maintains a high standard of excellence.

Provides daily on-demand work to supplement outside services.

Picks up debris and litter from exterior, including parking lot, planter beds, and lawn

Ensures landscaping beds are free from trash and debris to maintain an attractive condition

Performs supplemental cleaning including: Vacuuming

Garbage removal

Spot sweeping

Dusting Spot clean bathrooms daily

Keeps BBQ equipment clean

Ensures garbage receptacles are empty in non-janitorial areas and during events

Reconfigures the Training Room as required (almost weekly)

Cleans and maintains the walk-off carpet continuously

Cleans entry thresholds at the front on a bi-weekly basis

Keeps the front main stairway clean and removes daily dirt

Conducts spot-cleaning of carpets as necessary

Power washes the patio and patio furniture

Part Time Janitor Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently

Ability to follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be on your feet and walking for the duration of your shift.

Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to communicate in English
