Job Description

General Expectations


  • Represents MG-HILA, LLC and Mina Group professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with all business partners.
  • Collaborates with team to create a culture and restaurant work environment based upon respect; fosters opportunities for team to learn, grow and develop their abilities.
  • Performs all aspects of position with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.
  • Understand philosophy of management and owner. Displays consistent attention to detail and follow through of all restaurant policies.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of MG-HILA, LLC and Mina Group.
  • Is knowledgeable of and upholds the policies of MG-HILA, LLC as it applies to conduct, expectations and procedures.
  • Understand completely all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.


Required Qualifications


  • Knowledge of liquor commission rules and regulations.
  • Must possess basic computer skills. Must have complete knowledge of POS system.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Extensive food, beverage and wine knowledge. Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Must have complete knowledge of products and specifications that is outlined in the Beverage, Wine, and Spirit Manual as well as the Menu Matrix (when working in food outlet).
  • Available for flexible scheduling; to include working evenings, weekends and/or holidays, to meet the needs of The Street.
  • Has extensive knowledge of food, spirits, beers, and wines.
  • Possess valid Liquor Commission Card/Certificate of Registration.
  • Ability to describe all menu items, prices and methods of preparation and use suggestive selling techniques to encourage the guests to choose items that are house specialties.
  • Possess a valid Tuberculosis Card.
