  • Ability to keep student records confidential.\
  • Ability to meet and work with the public.\
  • (40%) Assists with event preparation (including set-up of spaces - set up and take down), check-in support, registration, and sensitive information. Acts as an additional point of contact for participants.\
  • Knowledge of university policies and procedures a plus.\
  • (30%) Facilitates non-credit and academic classes. Coordinates with Executive and Community Education facilitators.\
  • (20%) Supports faculty (F2F) and students with any concerns/problems with the classroom, technical problems, proctor exams, and events.\

Working under the direction/supervision of the Facilitation Coordinator (within the Continuing Education division), this position facilitates classroom needs (including assistance with operating computers, video conferencing, and other office equipment, as needed) and instructor support, delivering high-quality customer experience. The position also provides administrative support in the form of answering phones, assisting visitors, and helping to resolve and/or refer a range of administrative inquiries and challenges. This position is located at the Lehi Campus.\ \ This position will be M-F at the Lehi Campus. Some weekend work may be required.\ Day Shift: 7:45 am
