You and Your Job:

A Loan Review Officer assists with the comprehensive assessment of credit quality, credit processes, risk concentrations and risk management practices.

Under the direction of the Loan Review Manager, assists with the comprehensive credit risk assessment of an assigned division’s and/or region’s credit quality, credit processes, risk concentrations and risk management practices through evaluating, monitoring and reporting on the risk profile. Assists with continuous monitoring and performs onsite credit reviews to assess portfolio quality and credit risk management process. Provides prompt feedback to the Loan Review Manager on the results of scheduled credit review activities and of monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicates review findings and recommendations to colleagues.
• Performs individual credit analysis of various lending portfolio.
• Ensures reviews are performed in accordance with appropriate standards, procedures and that the quality of reviews is maintained.
• Performs on-going portfolio monitoring.
• Prepares credit assessment work papers, document evaluations, tests, results and conclusions.

Your Promise to Us

To be considered for the AVP Loan Review Officer role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Prior Loan and/or credit risk review experience preferred. • Membership of appropriate professional body is desirable e.g. RMA.
• Minimum of 5 years of Credit underwriting / Adjudication experience, in a variety of industry types including acquisition finance, project finance, agricultural and asset-based lending.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $95,000 - $125,000

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
