AVP/VP, Investor Relations & Strategy

Location: NY

You will play a crucial role in financial operations and have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO. You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer, be heavily involved in various financial projects and gain exposure to the inner workings of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high level of integrity, confidentiality, ethics, and discretion.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Candidates who are close to completing or have already completed Actuarial or Accounting Qualification or are CFA Charterholders will be given preference.
• Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of various accounting and regulatory standards are necessary.
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant work experience in investor relations, equity research, credit research, or investment banking, with a focus on the insurance sector.
• Self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently, coupled with strong collaboration and teamwork skills to cultivate key relationships.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage concurrent priorities and meet deadlines proactively and positively.

Requirements:

• Actively engage with equity and debt analysts, ensuring their understanding of our vision.
• Support the leadership team in executing key strategic projects, contributing to our go-forward strategy.
• Analyze financial results for Global P&C insurers, identifying trends and sharing key takeaways with Senior Management.
• Assist in the development of the international valuation model for SiriusPoint.
• Coordinate roadshows, in-house meetings, and conferences, fostering relationships with existing and new investors.
• Prepare engaging investor materials for external communications, including quarterly and annual earnings materials.
