Job Description

Position: Investor Relations Analyst

Location: Midtown, NYC (Hybrid)

Salary: $90k – $100k + Bonus


Global Private Equity firm seeks an Investor Relations Analyst to join their Team

Responsibilities:

  • Track meeting feedback into our contact management system
  • Contact current and potential investors to set-up meetings on behalf of Senior IR Professionals
  • Conduct market research into potential new investors
  • Prepare supporting material and presentations for investor meetings
  • Manage the US investor contact program
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly investor targeting meetings
  • Work with the Global IR team to develop annual targeting plans for investor meetings
  • Prepare background research (briefing notes) on selected investors


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Private Equity products desired
  • Creative and strategic thinker; able to research new investors
  • Analytical skills; able to review and understand quantitative and qualitative content in IR presentations
  • 1-2 years of relationship development experience within Private Equity, Asset Management, Sales/Trading, or a Hedge Fund
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Presentation skills; ability to create and amend powerpoint presentation slides
