Assist in implementing risk-based strategic management framework under OCC’s Heightened Standards requirements;

A minimum of 3 years of strategy management related experience in the banking industry is required

Solid knowledge in strategy management and banking industry research required

Collect data and create reports regularly for the senior management to support business decision-making;

Bachelor’s degree and above is required; Economics and Finance major preferred

Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin are required

Strong leadership and project management skills including oral and written communication, problem solving, diplomacy, conflict resolution and risk management skills

3-5 years of experience in life sciences and/or biopharma (Corporate, Consulting, VC and/or Investment Banking) preferred

Demonstrated interest in corporate development (e.g., decision analytics, transactions, strategic partnerships) through course work or prior professional experience

Support deal teams during active diligence and negotiations

Work alongside CBSO colleagues on strategic projects and/or corporate planning processes

Participate in external engagement activities (e.g., partnering discussions), industry conferences and relevant trainings

Maintains in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements impacting the organization, risk management/reputation framework, governance, standards, capabilities, and risk strategy

Perform any other job duties as requested

Bachelor’s degree in health/public policy, public administration, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience is required

Relevant master’s degree in health policy, public policy, public administration or other related discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred

Eight (8) years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams is required

Experience in a leadership position supporting C-level executives or board members and providing and leading major programs or initiatives

Experience in creating meaningful and digestible presentations for senior management

Coordinate MS@Work program management with our partners focusing on B2C connections for our stock plan clients

Manage and deliver strategic initiatives and projects related to growth and process efficiency

3-5 years of work experience in Financial Services, Consulting and/or business strategy related fields

Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional initiatives

Experience with reporting & forecasting

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage concurrent priorities and meet deadlines proactively and positively.

Analyze financial results for Global P&C insurers, identifying trends and sharing key takeaways with Senior Management.

Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of various accounting and regulatory standards are necessary.

Self-sufficiency and the ability to work independently, coupled with strong collaboration and teamwork skills to cultivate key relationships.

Possess a high level of integrity, confidentiality, ethics, and discretion.

Prepare engaging investor materials for external communications, including quarterly and annual earnings materials.

Direct management and leadership experience – will come in to manage 3x direct reports (2x Directors, 1x Senior Manager)

Must have Industry specific experience in Pharma – must have tolerance levels to navigate larger pharma companies

Ability to work in a collaborative environment – extremely cross functional role – clin dev, finance, legal, mfg, etc. (highly matrixed)

Need to have done deals and be able to evidence this through deal sheets

Proven leader in out partnering and out licensing for R&D funding deals

Be savvy when it comes to financial evaluation

Develop documents to facilitate cross-divisional and cross-functional team discussions as well as communicate with senior management.

10-15 years of strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy experience.

Experience leading and managing a high-performing team of strategists.

Well-honed advisory skills in working with others to elicit information, to think objectively and analytically, and to influence outcomes positively.
