THE ROLE
We are seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to manage earnings process, investor relations projects, other ad hoc projects, and provide administrative support to the executive and organization. This person should be productive while working independently, be detail oriented and organized and able to perform well while multi-tasking in a thriving, very fast-paced environment. Must be a team player and experienced in a large global company setting.
What This Role Will Do
  • Coordinate with other cross functional teams to ensure the earnings process runs smoothly and timely
  • Ensure team focuses on details to deliver projects on-time
  • Support the analysis of results and identify key issues and gathering information from financial statements for the business
  • Assist in the development of the company’s Analyst/Investor Day, including managing all logistical aspects of the conference
  • Track investor engagement and requests
  • Update Nasdaq OMX database with all investor conference calls and meetings, analyst meetings and conferences. Set up and keep track of all one-on-one meetings and conference calls with investors. Provide investor related research on an as needed basis.
  • Assist with the development of content for press releases, scripts, and Q&A’s and Maintain and update Investor Relations website as needed
  • Coordinate financial conference participation, overseeing all logistics for financial and industry conferences including webcast and one-on-one meeting request as appropriate
  • Provide administrative assistance to SVP of Investor Relations as well as other team members as needed
  • Support various elements of the earnings process, including the development of the quarterly earnings announcement with the Corporate Finance and Accounting departments
  • Manage corporate website content and update other financial websites including Bloomberg, First Call, Factset, Yahoo Finance and other related financial sites.
  • Manage other external relationships such as the NYSE, Nasdaq OMX and other vendor relationships
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • Manage the coordination of the quarterly earnings calls, press releases and scheduling the quarterly earnings call and webcast
