Description:
UST Global® is looking for a talented QA Automation for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing Agile environment. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in understanding Agile methods and protocols and at the same time be able to put their creative hat in a problem-solving environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team is key to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
As a QA Automation you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate, identify, and execute test cases. Identify, report, and review defects in assessing application quality working with various business units.
- Coordinate with technology teams, business analysts, product owners, developers within the scrum teams
- Identify and collect Test Data for test execution.
- Document all problems, assist in the resolution design and execute automated and manual tests, including exploratory testing
- Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
- Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrate them into business processes to address the needs of business.
- Ensure all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
- Coordinate/execute testing across multiple testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and Regression.
- Execute linkage from test plan to test scenarios and test cases.
- Hold Peer Reviews to ensure the completeness of all Test Assets created.
- Coordinate testing for small to medium initiatives. Identify, create, and execute the appropriate Test Assets (plans, cases, scripts, metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design.
- Assist in the creation of or creates and communicates all testing deliverable(s) MTP, TES, etc. Identifies when test automation is appropriate.
- Account for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, and owns test data provisioning tasks.
- Triage defects for smaller or medium initiatives.
- Collect testing metrics, report status as defined in test plan with supporting data.
Must have skills:
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs, UX team, test managers
- Advanced knowledge of testing lifecycle.
- Advanced written and verbal communications is a must.
- Good to have automation exposure on multiple browsers.
- End-to-end experience from story planning to deployment.
- Experience with ATDD creation and execution integrating with CI
- Good Framework knowledge, exposure to TDD, BDD and ATDD framework knowledge preferable.
- Experience in GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Big Bucket Bamboo
- Experience in Agile techniques applied to applied to all forms of Java.
- Exposure with Dev Ops practices, including CICD, Automation, Build Management, and Versioning
- Minimum 8 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
- Cucumber, Selenium, Junit, JAVA, Maven, BitBucket, Bamboo, Jira X-ray
- Demonstrated ability to perform and manage test execution activities.
