Summary:
As an Associate in Sales & Branding, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts while also contributing to the development and execution of effective branding strategies. By utilizing your skills in sales, marketing, and brand management, you will help us maximize our market presence, increase customer engagement, and achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and branding, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Create compelling and informative articles for our website and LinkedIn, focusing on industry trends, best practices, and thought leadership.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging Google Ads and other sales channels, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring our sales efforts are aligned with market demands.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales and branding techniques, proactively applying new knowledge to optimize our approach.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception.
- Regularly review and update sales and branding materials, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track the effectiveness of sales and branding initiatives, making data-driven optimizations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as google analytics to measure and interpret campaign data, making data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create compelling, informative content for online platforms.
