YOUR IMPACT

The Wingstop Charities Associate Manager will play a crucial role in the next phase of growth for Wingstop Charities. The Associate Program Manager will support Wingstop Charities and Wingstop Foundation’s community grants program, team member assistance program, and scholarship program. This role will work closely with the Executive Director of Wingstop Charities and the internal accounting team to process and approve applications and other initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Grant Program Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders applying for grants, team members seeking assistance, and scholarship applicants.
• Oversee and manage three distinct grant programs: Community Grant Program, Team Member Assistance Program, and Morrison Family Scholarship Program.
• Process grant applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure application forms are accessible and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to initiate and track payment processes for approved grants.
• Follow up with applicants for any missing information or clarification.
• Maintain clear documentation of application revisions and versions.

Grant Management System:

• Notify and coordinate with evaluators to assess and determine the approval status of grant applications.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the grant management system.
• Maintain organized records of all applications, evaluations, approvals, and payments within the system.
• Regularly audit the system for data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data to inform program adjustments and improvements.
• Track and analyze trends in application submission over time, providing valuable insights to leadership.
• Generate comprehensive reports showcasing year-over-year trends, notable weekly mentions, and monthly observations.

General Responsibilities

• Process Wingstop Charities invoices by ensuring timely and accurate payment for grants, scholarships, sponsorships, and monthly expenses.
• Collaborate cross functionally with team to support broader initiatives and strategic goals.
• Maintain Wingstop Charities annual calendar.
