Oversee and manage programs including coordinating work with vendors, customers, and IronPigs staff.

Outstanding leadership, public speaking and professional communication skills.

Knowledge of and familiarity with Lehigh Valley community stakeholders including nonprofit agencies.

Serve as the ambassador and representative of IronPigs Charities both internally and externally and with a variety of Stakeholders.

3-5 years of management experience supervising a small team.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of implementing successful programs and events.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sports management, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with diverse partners.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

7-10 years of experience in sports marketing, community relations, or related field.
