SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Manage 1 or more projects with moderate complexity. Expedite, manage, and coordinate a multitude of interrelated activities within constraints of limited human, financial resources and changing priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage 1 or more projects with moderate complexity. Expedite, manage, and coordinate a multitude of interrelated activities within constraints of limited human and financial resources and changing priorities.
- Translate project goals into project tasks. Define the nature of the stated business or technical
problem.
- Ensures compliance with project management processes and best practices.
- Work with multiple business and technical stakeholders to oversee all Project Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases of a project.
- Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on the project delivery plan.
- Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time cost and quality parameters.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different business and technical aspects of assigned initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS/WHAT YOU’LL BRING
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Technology or related field
Or an equivalent combination of education AND work experience
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1–2-year Project management experience
Understanding of technical processes and tools related to the mobile application development and cloud engineering.
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver difficult messages; execute with limited information and ambiguity.
Leadership and influencing skills.
Sound business and technical acumen.
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally throughout cross-functional teams.
Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

The base pay for this position is $62,700.00 – $125,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
