Siding and/or Window Installer – Experienced or Willing to Learn

Must have valid Driver’s License

Must be able to work typical hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Must arrive on time for work

Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed

Experience in sun control, safety and decorative window films

Door and window installation experience, 2 year minimum

Strong skills with a metal brake

General Home Construction experience a plus

General Carpentry skills/General Stucco skills

Previous experience in construction and/or other related fields

Proper knowledge and use of construction power tools

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Basic trim work and attention to detail

Prep exterior for stucco cut and potential repairs

Experience with wood and vinyl window assembly, installation, and repair

Knowledge of window and door products

Working knowledge of personal computers and application

Ability to appropriately manage stress and interact with others

3 years carpentry or construction experience. (5 years for lead position)

Support security operations or coordinate security operations functions in support of cybersecurity accreditation risk management framework (RMF) continuous monitoring process

Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.

Advanced knowledge of AD Group Policy, DHCP, DNS and PowerShell scripting

Track and manage STIG checklists across a variety of operating systems and applications

Troubleshoot hardware & software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact issues.

Perform or assist in implementing STIG configurations

Minimum 2 years sign installation experience

Demonstrated expertise with first- and second-surface window graphics installation

Demonstrated ability to trim vinyl onsite, mistake-free

THIS POSITION REQUIRES DEMONSTRATED EXPERTISE WITH INSTALLING & TRIMMING FIRST AND SECOND SURFACE WINDOW GRAPHICS

At least 2 years of replacement window experience

Also in need of experienced vinyl siding applicators. Only experienced installers should apply. 1099 subcontractor position.

Own truck and/ or trailer and all necessary tools

Flexible schedule 5-6 days every week
