Company Description
- Provide a structured environment that support effective communications and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Promote a clear program vision and achievable roadmap for success
- Present and communicate to stakeholders at all levels. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
- Develop strong relationships with the SWAT teams, SL leadership, functional teams, global process owners, and other dentsu stakeholders.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues and identify opportunities for continual improvement across projects
- Support with mobilizing SL SWAT team(s)
- Prioritize projects & other program activities to optimize program value and KPIs
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations on program delivery
- Monitor the status for each project and lead the overall program status, KPIs and integrated roadmap.
- Provide direction and guidance to project teams that help support the program’s strategy, objectives and contractual obligations
- Support project management work when required including documenting project schedules, deliverables, and milestones through a detailed project plan.
- Partner with local SL SMEs to ensure the local business requirements are captured and business outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure program objectives and relevant processes are clearly defined and upheld
- Uphold and promote dentsu’s core values and culture.
- Coordinate the work of many project team members across multiple geographies, time zones, and departments to ensure projects remains on schedule.
- Oversee key inter-project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues to maximize efficient integrated delivery.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, manage workload, and adapt to changing business conditions.
- Understand how projects align with the organization strategy to ground the project team and stakeholders in why the project is important.
- Possess conflict resolution skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage expectations
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of Project Management Concepts as defined by the Project management institute (PMI).
- Demonstrate PC proficiency using common software programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project etc.
- Work with diverse stakeholders and exuding leadership presence
- Creative problem solving to find solutions to achieve results when given limited time, budget, resources or information
- Strong facilitation skills to ensure ongoing alignment & effective decision-making among stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize several projects and tasks at one time.
- Ability to communicate how project team(s) work aligns with dentsu’s business goals & objectives.
- Must be reliable and lead by example related to schedule and recurring tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of project or program management experience
- Preferred: PMI certification (PMP) or Scrum Alliance Certification (CSM).
