Overview The Sales Program Associate is responsible for developing and executing sales programs that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends. The Sales Program Associate will work closely with sales teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that sales programs are effective and successful. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Sales Program Associate is responsible for developing and executing sales programs that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends. The Sales Program Associate will work closely with sales teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that sales programs are effective and successful. Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing sales programs that meet customer needs and drive revenue
• Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales program improvement
• Working with sales teams to ensure that sales programs are successful
• Developing and managing budgets for sales programs
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales programs
• Collaborating with product teams to ensure that sales programs are aligned with product strategies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in sales or marketing
