Job Description

Think Consulting is actively seeking a passionate, creative, and decisive professional with excellent communication skills to join our team remotely in Baltimore, MD. As a Program Manager, you will lead and maintain assigned projects and deliverables across a variety of stakeholders, clients, and industries. You'll be unafraid to fail forward, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will always find a way to exceed expectations. You'll be supported by a talented team of professionals and the work you do will directly contribute to the success of Think and our partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and requirements
  • Lead project teams within time, scope, and cost parameters
  • Oversee multiple project teams and Project Managers
  • Exceed organizational standards of satisfaction and quality
  • Develop project charters, plans, and schedules
  • Track project budget
  • Manage various projects spanning a wide range of initiatives from inception to delivery
  • Support the consulting group as needed
  • Rescue/manage projects at any stage
  • Manage external vendor relationships


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of program management in a consulting role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools preferred
  • Relationship-building mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train personnel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advanced leadership capacity managing a team with at least 3 direct reports
  • Strong analytical and execution skills
