Associate Manager, Global Travel Retail

The Global Travel Retail Associate Brand Manager, supports the business by partnering closely with internal and external partners to bring the Global Travel Retail vision to life. This position plays an instrumental role driving account management while executing business analyses to propel business objectives.

The position will require a can-do attitude, highly entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness to wear many different hats and will be the main criteria for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, support and lead meetings with effective agendas and clear outcomes
• Support Travel Retail regions with account management and communication with clients
• Track Travel Retail market performance ensuring that all KPIs are being met, help in identifying opportunities to drive actionable growth
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional partners (Brand Management, Product Development, Supply & Demand Planning, Global Fulfillment, Marketing, Education, Visual Merchandising) to successfully drive Travel Retail business objectives
• Support Travel Retail Brand Manager and regional counterparts with visual merchandising updates, ensuring flawless execution at each point of sale
• Manage Travel Retail sampling program including budget, briefing and tracking
• Partner with Supply & Demand Planning in monitoring client and retailer inventory, tracking months of stock, product shelf life, establishing forecasts for each season and working closely with clients on future orders
• Assist with new Travel Retail business opportunities by overseeing project lifecycle including account, assortment and pricing set up

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years business-related experience
• Brand Management, Merchandising, or Marketing experience preferred, color cosmetics a plus
• Highest levels of professionalism at all times, calm under pressure
• Previous exposure to international (beauty) markets and/or working in Travel Retail a strong plus
• Must demonstrate strong mix of analytic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry
• Must be Powerpoint and Excel saavy
• Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities and work within matrixed organization
