WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for an Assistant Manager of NA Retail Marketing to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and driving the execution of strategies to propel the Tatcha business in North America.
Each day at TATCHA is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
- Ideate with Retail Marketing Team to create and execute brand strategies impacting sales
- Manage sampling strategy and execution, ensuring samples are produced, allocated and delivered to support growth & acquisition
- Support the creation of retailer presentations and education materials
- Lead execution meetings, to ensure plans are delivered and on track
- Assist with meeting scheduling and prep, data entry for forms, and shipping/ordering gratis & comps
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure product pipeline is strong and relevant for our market
- Create, manage and actively communicate retail marketing calendar; monitor and follow up on timelines to meet deliverable dates
- Partner with Paid Media & Social team on strategic planning and execution of campaigns
- Manage asset briefing and creation for marketing plans in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Account management and communication with retail partners
- Keep constant pulse on beauty trend and retail innovations
- Report on sell-throughs, ensuring sales and growth metrics are on track to department goals
- Think like a consumer, and ensure strategies and messaging resonates with NA consumers
- Manage planning and updates to in-store visual merchandising
- Track and manage marketing spend budget
- Partner with Retail Channel to drive Sephora.com strategy & execution

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (google docs, google slides, etc)
- Role is based in San Francisco. Hybrid working environment
- 3+ years of work experience in retail or beauty. Retailer experience preferred
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
