Location: Remote or Hybrid (based on proximity to our Malvern, PA or East Windsor, NJ locations)
Full Time: Monday through Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: Commensurate with experience

We are currently seeking an Associate Digital Editor for our CardioVascular division. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional work/internship experience in digital publishing. You do NOT need to have a medical or scientific background, but a passion for healthcare is a strong plus. You will join a high-performing team providing cardiovascular education to clinicians via publications and events.

Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Copyedit and proofread articles and press releases as assigned.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with editorial team, sales team, and other HMP resources such as IT, e-Media, marketing, and project managers.
- Coordinate with editorial team to produce e-newsletters and schedule social media posts to drive readers to our website and engage them with our content.
- Responsible for website content uploads and oversight of maintenance, e-newsletters, social media, and other platforms along with post-campaign reporting and metrics.
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns on social media.
- Identify and report on top-performing content and overall performance,
Required Skills and Experience
- Copyediting and proofreading abilities
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling administrative duties related to content management.
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time with tight deadlines.
- Comfortable using a Mac.
- Positive attitude, team player, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Four-year degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
Desired Skills and/or Experience
- Comfortable working in content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, New York City, California, and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $50,000.00 and $60,000.00. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Benefits for this role include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term, and long-term disability, and life insurance.
