- Track budgets and timelines for projects, and communicate progress to account managers and clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Work with post-production teams to ensure that final assets are delivered on time and to the required specifications.
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of photography and video shoots, from scoping, budgeting, project planning, and building timelines to overseeing equipment rentals and casting, from pre-production to final asset delivery.
- Work with account to manage clients expectations throughout the production.
- Work with production companies to ensure that all necessary permits and releases are obtained, and that projects are in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Assist with negotiating contracts and fees with vendors and managing those relationships to ensure the highest quality of work.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve when faced with creative or logistical challenges that would affect the production.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by project needs.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and tasks for external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in agency production, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical guidelines related to advertising and content production.
- Strong organizational skills to track and implement internal and client feedback during all phases of a production.
- Knowledge of production techniques and equipment, including photography and video equipment, and post-production software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with experience comparing bids (often triple-bidding) and getting the best deal for our clients and the agency.
