College degree or equivalent practical experience in game development, production/project management, or other relevant discipline.

Manage relationships and delivery schedules of outside vendors while acting as a coordination and communication conduit for any assigned initiatives.

Experience with Unreal Game Engine.

Experience collaborating with licensors and/or filmmakers; as well as with outsourcing, working with external vendors and partners.

Ensure that assigned game, team, and feature goals determined by the Senior/Executive Producers are being met, with a clear project schedule.

Assist the production team in identifying, tracking, and actively mitigating issues that could put project goals or schedule at risk.

Manage finance trackers with cost and delivery information

Coordinate with Production Management to send updated budgets and schedules

Manage A+E Factual Studios’ Google Drive with the help of IT ensuring all show teams are using properly, troubleshooting when needed

Manage Air Dates and notifications to participants and crews

Manage execution of legal documents for show based shoots and intercompany agreements

Manage expenses, travel and corporate gifts for the SVP, Production

Your Background, Skills And Qualifications

Work with the Stage Manager on all pre-season, regular and post-season LA Clippers games.

Assist Creative Director of Entertainment Teams and Game Entertainment Manager with any other needs.

Minimum of two (2) years of marketing, administrative or entertainment experience.

Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.

Game production experience a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Proficiency in delegation and managerial skills for leading production teams.

Develop visually appealing pitch decks and presentations that showcase our offerings.

Previous experience in an Executive Producer role.

6+ years of experience in console and/or PC video game production shipping PC and/or console games.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Develop concepts for production of premier content from archive

7 years of production/project management experience, with at least 4 years specifically in cosmetic art production.

Experience in people management; mentorship experience of other producers

Strong proficiency in using asset tracking and project management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication skills when interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

8+ years of experience in production or combination of applicable training and experience.

Manage production documents for assigned projects and other Producer projects including, but not limited to: release forms, vendor forms, and more.

1-2 Years of experience producing editorial video in a fast-paced, digital publishing environment
