Mission Support Assistant Jobs

Experience with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.

Experience with open-source research and analysis.

Experience in identifying financial crimes, such as, but not limited to, terrorism, money laundering, business e-mail compromise, and fraud.

Researches new and evolving illicit finance methodologies and anti-money laundering regimes in targeted jurisdictions.

Experience with the following tools is desirable, but not required:

Proven experience as a Keyholder, Sales Lead, or Full-time manager

Efficient in time management and delegating tasks

Maintain all store operations and delegate responsibilities to sales team

Manage inventory levels and provide feedback to impact local assortment

Capability to manage multiple tasks at one time

Assist Store manager in recruiting and maintaining a strong bench of candidates

Projecting future expenses and new requirements to complete annual budget submission.

Skill in organizing, developing, and presenting written materials on complex issues to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.

Skill in gathering and analyzing information

Skill in utilizing standard computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Are you qualifying based on education?

Assisting in providing direct advice and guidance to CBP/OPA employees at headquarters and throughout the sectors;

Preparing reports utilizing various databases and automates systems, and developing tracking/filing systems for all incoming and outgoing documents including division mail;

Providing remote and in-person technical support to USAID missions and local partners in program design, implementation, and adaptive management.

Experience with project management, administration, reporting, monitoring, procurement and financial operations (preferably in international development).

Providing administrative and technical support for data collection, procurement planning/management, financial management, Agency reporting, document preparation, and other needs as identified.

Four years of experience relevant to international development.

Successful experience working directly with complex international development matters, which may include analysis, program design/implementation, technical/advisory support, and/or training.

Demonstrated cross-cultural, interpersonal, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.

Perform collateral security duties with support of Field Security Manager.

Coordinating administrative requirements with offices served.

Maintaining contact with offices having primary responsibility for administrative programs and obtaining most up-to-date information on procedural requirements.
