Hudson Grove Property Management is looking to add an Assistant Regional Manager to join our company. You will support regional management, providing job-specific guidance and support to our Community Managers, helping them achieve and exceed in their role. This position also includes assisting the Director and other Supervisors with special projects as needed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in the due diligence process during the acquisition of new properties
• On a rotating monthly basis, support efforts to maximize NOI by reviewing financial, delinquency, and weekly reports of our communities
• Work toward becoming our internal expert and first point of contact for our new and long-term Community Managers
• Develop collaborative relationships with our on-site teams located within the Metro Denver area:
• Help in the development and then adherence to annual budgets for each community
• Reference your experience to help regional management assist our teams in achieving acceptable levels of occupancy, renewal and market rates, unit turnover, delinquency, and to limit overall turnover for our communities
• Provide on-site coverage for communities in between Community Managers
• Learn about our communities, helping to ensure they are clean, maintained, and well cared for
• Identify opportunities to mentor and train them to maximize their productivity and efficiency
• Help to develop and implement retention initiatives for both our team members and our residents
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Help them resolve issues or concerns they may have, and escalate matters to regional management attention as needed
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members

Specifically, our Assistant Regional Manager….

• Has experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar)
• Brings Industry Certification(s) such as CAM, CAPS, ARM, etc
• Has experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi & Rent Café.
• The ability to speak and write Spanish is a plus!
• Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire
