5+ Years of Healthcare or Clinic Management experience

Lead and guide Office Managers and/or Team Leads in roles and responsibilities within the clinic

Direct management of Office Managers in Region and Teams without Office Managers

Whiteboard Program Management and oversight in conjunction with Office Manager or Team Lead

Direct management of teams and communication with physicians

Develop and expand leadership knowledge and tactics

Proven experience in property management or a related role.

Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Assist the Regional Property Manager in the day-to-day management and operations of the assigned portfolio of properties.

Collaborate with the regional team to develop and implement property management policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to property management activities.

Hire new employees using Inspire Culture and Standards

Ensure the hire process has been completed entirely and correctly before scheduling

Follow the scheduling model to schedule effectively for all participants

Reminding staff of scheduled appointments and to be mindful of scheduled activities.

Ensure adequate notice of posting the schedule for employees

Assure all shifts are covered for medication passes and the clients are receiving their meds appropriately

The minimum experience and training requirements must be met by the close date on the job opening, unless otherwise specified.

Experience working in a setting supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE

Total Compensation range, including bonus, depends on experience: $70,000 to $85,000

Work toward becoming our internal expert and first point of contact for our new and long-term Community Managers

Provide on-site coverage for communities in between Community Managers

3+ years general office experience desired.

Must have good organization and interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.

At least 1 year experience in SAP preferred, but not required.

Work closely with the drivers to ensure that they have what they need to load and deliver orders.

Communicate orders to vendors in timely manner and be able to schedule carriers to pick up at vendor if needed.

Work closely with operations through full process of orders and communicate anticipated changes and needs of product(s).
