We are seeking a talented and energetic Architects to join our design group. Job description As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology.

Job Details

We designs buildings in chunks that can be removed from conventional construction, manufactured as modules, transported, and assembled onsite to yield higher quality buildings that open significantly faster than those conventionally constructed. The process is called Design Manufacture Construct (DMC).

The company is both a service and product that includes architecture, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and construction. This conversion of construction to a manufactured process represents a new industry and opens demand for industrial engineers able to drive process improvement. Since its founding in 2010, we have worked to achieve single piece flow on takt, controlled visually – it remains a work in progress.

We are looking for an Assistant Program Manager to act as a go-between the manufacturers and the architects on-site. This is a full-time position with a growing company that offers upward mobility.

Top must haves

• Excel experience
• Background in construction
• VDC (Virtual Design Construction) Experience, 3D models (Revit experience)
• Background in medical construction projects in a bonus
