Key Role:
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) scheduling initiatives with innovative approaches to program delivery. Maintain responsibility for overall program management, program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Engage in direct interface with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholder leadership. Maintain responsibility for leading project managers in their work to deliver their best. This position may require travel in alignment with customer and program needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks to the program
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of experience with technical program management or Master’s degree and 10 years of experience with technical program management
- Knowledge of the full systems development life cycle, strategic planning, and project management methodologies
- Experience with team leadership, recruiting and interviewing, invoice approval, project plans, budgeting, reporting, organizational planning, management practices, and responding to external data requests
- Ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance
- Experience with customer and stakeholder communication
- Experience with diverse projects, including both large >$50M per year and small <$10M per year
- Experience with multiple government customer domains
Additional Qualifications:
- Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
- Possession of verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation
- Experience with IT Health Systems
- Ability to obtain a security clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
