Assistant Manager, B2B Marketing

Summary

B2B Marketing, focused in Central/South Americas, will be involved in marketing plan development and implementation with international marketing manger.

• Assist Marketing Manager with market research for various countries in LATAM and analyzing sales data and trends for successful market penetration.
• Provide innovative marketing plans to oversee all efforts involved in public relations, influencer management, promotions, customer management, sampling, e-commerce support, and file management.
• Reports to the manager of International Marketing
• Works closely with Product Development and Creative teams to execute all artwork requirements for both existing & new items globally
• Manages all aspects and works with all internal departments to develop launch plans for new products in different parts of LATAM.

Qualifications

Additional :

• Marketing/Business major preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive Marketing experience in the Beauty Industry
• Outstanding computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Spanish-English bilingual preferred
• Candidate must be passionate and collaborative. A positive attitude, well organized, and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Travel required: Approximately one time a year
