Job Description

We are actively searching for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience building and leading growth marketing programs. As our first marketing hire you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate heavily with sales and engineering. Someone that has previously worked for a software start-up is highly desired.


Your Rhythm:

  • Define and refine our target customer profiles and buyer personas, ensuring our messaging and positioning resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product marketing strategies and identify opportunities for iteration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning that align with our business objectives
  • Able to develop and execute strategic product marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our company’s products
  • Create compelling and differentiated product messaging, value propositions, and positioning that effectively communicates the unique benefits of our products.


Your Vibe:

  • Comfortable developing marketing collateral, such as sales enablement materials, product videos, and case studies
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS products
  • Able to establish our marketing program and function as leader as we grow
  • Experience conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Prior experience at a start-up or building a GTM strategy from 0 to 1
  • 5+ years of professional product marketing experience
