Job Description
is responsible for providing assistance with the duties and daily tasks assigned by the Executive Director.

Position Qualifications :


  • Must exhibit and demonstrate the ability to learn and master computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, experience in dealing with a multitude of professionals and individuals with varying educational levels and well-developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work under the direction and guidance of the Agency’s Executive Director.
  • Requires demonstrated time management skills including the ability to prioritize vast, everchanging demands and workloads and deal effectively with multiple priorities.
  • Requires well-developed verbal communication, professionalism, and organizational skills and must be highly flexible, working in an ever-changing industry.
  • Must have reliable, personal vehicle/transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to safely and personally operate a vehicle as necessary to visit referral sources, community resources and other job-related duties off campus.
  • Demonstrated budgeting, financial, and analytical expertise required.
  • Two years of progressive leadership experience as a healthcare or human services professional preferred with a minimum of one (1) year of health-related experience, knowledge, and ability to effectively administer and assist the Executive Director in tasks necessary in directing hospice and palliative care service(s) required.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health services administration or a closely related field preferred.

Shift Availability:


  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
