The Role
SoFi is seeking an Application Support Analyst! This position will provide higher level support for advanced tickets submitted by internal employees. This position will support and be knowledgeable about all processes and procedures for finance based software applications.
We're looking for someone to be in our San Francisco office on a hybrid basis to support onsite requests on an as needed basis.
What You'll Do:
- Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups for software and vendor programs.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair system application issues.
- Support Wyndham's applications including Encompass, Blend, Velocify, InContact, etc.
- Respond to end user support requests and documents resolution via help desk software.
- Act as a leader and mentor to junior members of the team for escalated tickets and training.
- Learn to support the end users with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Remote Desktop, printing, computer hardware (PC and laptop), and web-based applications.
- Monitor and enforce corporate data integrity and security policy.
- Perform a variety of tasks and works well under general supervision, a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Handle escalated tickets for Application Support from junior members of the Help Desk team.
What You'll Need:
- Solve problems logically and efficiently.
- Experience with JIRA
- Must have user support skills, especially interpersonal communication, and patience.
- Mortgage/Home Loans background
- Work cooperatively as a team
- Handle multiple priorities/tasks at the same time.
- Ability to learn quickly and seek assistance when appropriate.
- Maintain thorough documentation and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience using Encompass
- Independently plan and balance workload.
- Troubleshoot application issues.
